EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER + PHOTO RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket to and/or participating in this Hot Holy Healed event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical activities including, but not limited to, Pilates, stretching, movement, wellness activations, fitness instruction, recovery services, and related experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, illness, falls, accidents, or other health-related issues. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and that I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition and stopping participation if I feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hot Holy Healed, its founders, owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, partners, sponsors, vendors, brand partners, affiliates, representatives, and team members, as well as the event venue, property owners, hosts, and any associated parties, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to person or property.

I understand that Hot Holy Healed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

I grant Hot Holy Healed the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and film me during the event and to use my likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media, now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, educational, editorial, or commercial purposes without compensation or further approval. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of these materials.

I understand and agree that all ticket sales are final and that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I acknowledge that I may be participating in an event where third-party sponsors, vendors, or brand partners are present and that Hot Holy Healed is not responsible for any products, services, advice, or interactions provided by those third parties.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

By completing my ticket purchase and/or attending the event, I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to this waiver in full.
