A grounding, immersive experience set around the pool, designed to slow you down and bring you fully into the moment. Guided by Christina through intentional breathwork and gentle movement, this session transitions into float-supported relaxation in the water while Mel layers a live sound bath experience throughout.

**• AfroHouse Vinyasa Flo&#x77;*- Erika Ancien 6:15pm-6:45pm***
A fluid, breath-led vinyasa set to decades house beats. Expect smooth transitions, rhythmic movement, and an energizing flow that builds heat while keeping you grounded in the music.

**Melt & Restore: Stretch with Melodic Sound- *Rebecca Ryan 7:00pm-7:30pm***
A deeply relaxing stretch and release experience paired with soothing, melodic soundscapes. Designed to help you unwind, soften tight muscles, and fully let go, this session blends gentle movement with sound therapy for complete restoration.

Expect deep house grooves, hypnotic basslines, and feel-good rhythms that keep your body moving and your energy high. DOZA’s sound blends underground house with melodic flow — perfect for dancing, sweating, and getting lost in the moment.

You understand that participation in STRENGTH Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, illness, dehydration, slips, falls, outdoor conditions, and use of equipment.

By registering for this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless:

STRENGTH IN THE CITY, Liezyl Ribeiro, all STRENGTH subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, instructors, contractors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and venue partners from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of your participation in this event, including those caused by negligence (excluding gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

This includes any claims related to bodily injury, property damage, illness, or death.

HEALTH + MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing up, you confirm you are physically able to participate in the Activities and understand it is your responsibility to consult a physician if needed. You authorize STRENGTH to obtain emergency medical care on your behalf if necessary and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all medical expenses.

MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE

By attending this event, you grant STRENGTH IN THE CITY and its partners permission to capture and use photos, video, and audio recordings of you for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation. You waive any right to review or approve the final content.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge that STRENGTH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items at this event.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain Activities may be led or supported by third-party instructors, studios, wellness practitioners, or vendors.

You understand that STRENGTH is not responsible for the services, advice, equipment, or actions of third parties.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and defend STRENGTH and all listed parties against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation or your actions during the event.
