By registering for or attending a Sisterhood Social Co. event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

I understand that participation in Events may involve physical movement, wellness activities, workshops, outdoor elements, group interactions, and emotional reflection, which may carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Sisterhood Social Co., its founders, staff, volunteers, contractors, facilitators, collaborators, sponsors, vendors, and venues from any and all claims, injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation.

Health & Personal Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate. Sisterhood Social Co. does not provide medical, therapeutic, or mental health services. I agree to follow all health and safety guidelines and not attend if I am feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to a communicable illness.

Personal Belongings

I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. Sisterhood Social Co. and its partners are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Age Requirement

Events are 18+ unless otherwise specified. If minors are permitted, a parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation, safety, and behavior.

Code of Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or unauthorized selling or promotions are not permitted. Sisterhood Social Co. reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if these expectations are violated.

Venues, Vendors & Third-Party Partners

Events may take place at third-party venues and include collaborations with vendors, facilitators, sponsors, and partners. Sisterhood Social Co. is not responsible for the actions, services, products, policies, or liabilities of any third party, who may require additional waivers.

First-Come, First-Served & No Guarantees

I understand that all Event offerings—including but not limited to wellness activations, vendor experiences, samples, gifts, giveaways, brand offerings, workshops, amenities, seating, and schedule elements—are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed. Offerings are subject to availability and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

Tickets, Registration & Event Changes

Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Events may be modified, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or circumstances beyond Sisterhood Social Co.’s control. Refunds or credits may be issued at Sisterhood Social Co.’s discretion. Travel, lodging, childcare, or other related expenses are not reimbursable.

Photography & Media Release

I grant Sisterhood Social Co. permission to photograph, video, or audio record me during Events and to use such content for marketing, promotional, educational, and archival purposes, including sharing with sponsors and partners. If I do not wish to appear in media, I will notify staff at check-in.

Force Majeure

Sisterhood Social Co. is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, public health issues, or emergencies.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.

By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and terms.
