The immersion begins with 45 minutes of guided Yin Yoga—long-held, passive postures chosen to stimulate the Kidney and Bladder lines, encouraging a release of deep-seated tension and promoting a sense of flow, like water moving effortlessly around obstacles. This segment is supported by music to facilitate profound stillness.

The practice culminates with a final 30 minutes of Full Spectrum Sound Alchemy. Kymberly uses the pure vibrational medicine of potent gongs, double alchemy crystal bowls, and vocal resonance to anchor the collected energy, restoring coherence and allowing the body to deeply integrate this nourishing, vital reserve.
