Join us for Dharma Healing House’s Monthly Women’s Circle: Women Empowering Women — a heart-led gathering designed to nurture connection, sisterhood, and self-awareness within your community.

This month’s theme centers on cultivating gratitude and positive mindset as we move into the holiday season. We know that being around family and navigating expectations can sometimes bring stress or discomfort. Together, we’ll explore prompts and reflections on how to stay grounded, practice gratitude, and release what we cannot control.

Throughout history, women have gathered in circles to honor their divine feminine and deepen sisterhood. This intentional space is created for all women to express openly, share authentically, and embrace heart-expanding rituals that bring clarity and peace.

	•	Healing Water Sanctuary (sauna, cold & hot plunge)

Please bring: a pillow, towel, bathing suit, journal, and any sacred items for the altar.
