A morning created just for women and young women (ages 13+) to **fuel, move, connect, and celebrate wellness in community.**

✨ What to Expect
This half-day retreat blends intentional Circles, free-flow experiences, and a curated wellness market. You’ll have the freedom to design your own flow—join every Circle, wander through the market, dip into a cold plunge, or simply soak in the vibe and connection.&#x20;

First 20 receive a swag bag full of goodies from local wellness partners.

Please note that some Activations may require a separate purchase.

🌸 Circle Activation Schedule: (all levels welcome) First Circle begins promptly at 7:45am&#x20;

7:45-8:50am-Circle of Wellness: breathwork, journaling, movement, connection, a Hippo Social staple facilitated by Tracey & Sara co-founders of [Hippo Social Club](https://www.hipposocialclub.com/ "Hippo Social Club")

9:45-10:45am-Yoga +Sound Bath Circle– grounding + restoration facilitated by Nona Gardner [Boutique Pilates by Nona](https://www.instagram.com/boutiquepilatesbynona/ "Boutique Pilates by Nona")

11:45am-12:45pm-Taiji Circle– flow, balance, presence facilitated by Josue owner of [Naga Wellness](https://naga-wellness.com/ "Naga Wellness")

1-1:30pm Closing Circle– sharing, connection, gratitude
