### Sound Immersion + Tune-Up with Traditum Balance

This week, we’ll welcome **Traditum Balance** for a special Sound Activation during our Women’s Circle.



We’ll begin as we always do, in conversation based around our nourishment. We will end with a short **sound immersion**, creating space to slow down, settle in, and experience the practice for yourself. From there, we’ll learn a little about the **science and benefits of sound healing** through an interactive demonstration and conversation.



You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a mini **“Tune-Up” session** for those who would like to sample the experience and learn more about how sound may support relaxation, restoration, and overall well-being.



As always, our Circle is a space for **self-discovery and curiosity**—not another checklist of things to do. Come experience something new, ask questions, and see what resonates with you.
