Breathwork + soft opening circle to land in your body and set the tone for the morning

Gentle, energizing movement that meets you where you’re at — come as you are + bring a yoga mat!

**✨ Ways to Wellness Talk with Tracey HSC co-founder + Circle Facilitator**

* Learn how to live in wellness through our 3 foundational pillars:
  💧 Fuel — what you take in
  🔥 Movement — how you move through the world
  🌱 Connection — how you relate to yourself, others, and nature
* Explore the 5 Branches of Nourishment and how to honor them daily
* Identify what *season* you're currently in (abundance, scarcity, rebuilding, growth, etc.) and how to align with your unique rhythm
* Walk away with a flexible, grounded framework you can apply to every part of life — family, career, relationships, and self

**✨ Reflection & Journaling**
Grounded prompts to help you integrate what comes up and begin taking aligned action. Bring your journal and pens if you feel inspired.

Time to share, ask questions, and be in conversation with other women walking this same path — or just sit back and soak in the support
