**Revive & Thrive 2026** is a community-centered wellness gathering hosted by Hippo Social Club, rooted in connection, movement, nature, and nourishment.

Events like this are a testament to the wellness-centered community we are intentionally growing — one that believes living well is not a solo pursuit, but something cultivated together. Revive & Thrive brings together local wellness practitioners, movement leaders, and conscious brands who align with supporting whole-body, whole-life wellness.

This morning experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re seeking restoration, challenge, curiosity, or connection. Come for one offering or stay for the full journey. Sauna, cold plunges, community, and space to simply *be* will be available throughout the morning.

This experience is geared toward  ages 16+. All experiences are ladies only, unless otherwise stated.

**Tier 1: Hippo Social Club Members**

**Tier 2: Full Circle Access (Non-Members)** – **$35**
✔️ Full access to the morning experience, including:

**Tier 3: General Admission (GA)** – **$10**

## FLOW OF THE MORNING

**7:45–8:45am | Circle Under the Sunrise**
We gather in our beloved Nook in Nature, just over the bridge.
Expect intentional conversation, guided breathwork, somatic movement, and exploration of Hippo Social Club’s **Five Branches of Nourishment** — one of our most loved community formats.

**9:00–9:45am | Boxing Circuit Training (co-ed)**
An inclusive, all-levels boxing-inspired circuit designed to energize, empower, and reconnect you with your body. No prior experience necessary.

**5K Endurance Challenge | On the Hour (co-ed)**
Test your endurance with a **5K on the trail, on the hour, every hour, for three hours**.
Run or walk — challenge yourself at your own pace while surrounded by community and nature.

Further details and prep recommendations will be sent out the week of the event.

**10:00am | Community Clothing Swap Begins**
Bring gently loved items to donate as early as **8:00am**.
Swapping begins at 10:00am.
General guideline: *bring up to 10 items, leave with up to 10 items.*

**Sauna + Cold Plunge**
Available throughout the morning for intentional contrast therapy, recovery, and reset.
