By registering for and attending the Lifted In Faith Worship & Wellness event, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

Participation in this event may include physical activity, movement, stretching, wellness exercises, and interaction with event installations, products, food, beverages, and materials provided by third-party sponsors, vendors, or partners. You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, allergic reactions, illness, or property damage, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

Waiver and Release of Liability

You hereby release and discharge Lifted In Faith Movement (“Organizer”) and all event sponsors, partners, vendors, venues, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, allergic reactions, death, or property damage. This release does not apply to acts of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Product Disclaimer & Third-Party Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that any products, samples, food, beverages, merchandise, or promotional items provided at the event are offered by independent third-party sponsors or vendors. Lifted In Faith Movement does not manufacture, distribute, control, or warrant any such products and makes no representations regarding their safety, quality, compliance, ingredients, or suitability.

You agree that:

All responsibility for product safety, labeling, ingredients, usage instructions, regulatory compliance, and any resulting claims rests solely with the respective sponsor or vendor.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, allergic reactions, losses, or claims arising from the use, consumption, or interaction with sponsor or vendor products.

Any claims related to third-party products must be brought directly against the applicable sponsor or vendor, not the Organizer.

Medical Disclaimer

You represent that you are physically and medically able to participate in the event. You acknowledge that you are responsible for consulting with a physician regarding any health concerns, allergies, dietary restrictions, or pre-existing conditions prior to attending.

Photography & Videography Release

By attending the event, you grant Lifted In Faith Movement permission to photograph and record you and to use such images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes in any media, without compensation.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By registering for or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this waiver. You acknowledge that you are waiving certain legal rights and assume full responsibility for your participation.
