### **Week 1: Chill & Connect**

**Every Thursday @ 6 PM** | **1 Hour Session**

#### **Schedule & Flow**

1. **3-Mile Run/Walk (20–25 mins)**
   * **Goal**: Let dogs burn energy and owners connect casually.
   * Bring a **slip leash** (we’ll demo proper use if needed).
2. **Relaxation & Cool-Down (15 mins)**
   * **Dogs**: Settle into kennels/cars (weather-safe!) or on mats with calming chews.
   * **Owners**: Grab a lawn chair! We’ll circle up for:
     * A quick intro to **holistic dog care** (mind-body-spirit philosophy).
     * Tips for post-exercise cooldowns (massage, hydration, decompression).
3. **1-on-1 Time (20 mins)**
   * Rotate through owners while others relax. Focus on:
     * **Your dog’s unique needs** (ask about goals, challenges, quirks).
     * **Q\&A** (e.g., “Why slip leashes?” or “How to handle reactivity?”).
   * End with a **sneak peek** of next week’s foundation training!
