Free/Donation-Based Yoga at Mueller Park! Led by Espoir Heimlich Michalek, Certified Yoga Teacher and brought to you by GevityYoga

If you have any interest in getting outdoors, meeting new people, and/or yoga, this is perfect for you. All levels of yoga are welcome. Each flow will be taught in an accessible way taking into account the different levels of expertise. Before and after yoga, people are encouraged to hang out, chat, and meet new people. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Mueller Park has an incredible farmers' market people from 10-2, rain or shine. Go check it out!

By attending Gevity.Yoga events, you acknowledge and consent to being aware of the risks of participating in outdoor yoga events and assume all risks, foreseeable and unforeseeable, in any way connected with your participation. Consult with a physician to make sure this event is suitable for you.

YOGA CLASS LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

Event: Weekly Donation-Based Yoga Class

I, [ Participants Name ], acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga class led by Espoir Heimlich Michalek. I understand that yoga includes physical movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, which may involve a risk of injury.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I recognize that:

Yoga involves physical exertion, which may result in injury, soreness, or medical complications.
It is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating, especially if I have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
I will listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and inform the instructor of any health concerns before class begins.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and waive any claims against Espoir Heimlich Michalek, event organizers, property owners, and affiliated persons or entities for any injury, illness, or damages incurred before, during, or after the class. This waiver applies even if an injury results from negligence.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being.
I agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.
I will not hold the instructor liable for any pre-existing conditions aggravated by participation.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE (Optional)
I grant permission for photos/videos taken during class to be used for promotional purposes.
