We're joining our friends at Studio Aura for a Yoga Flow class!



You'll move through a guided flow alongside other kind women, so no intimidating fitness energy and absolutely no pressure to be "good" at yoga. 🙅‍♀️🧘‍♀️



This is a Move & Mingle event, so you'll leave with new skills and new friends, not just a good sweat!



🚨The studio is located on the 4th floor of the Zhou B Art Center - there is no elevator access🚨



Agenda:

&#x20;Check in, get ready, and yap!

🧘‍♀️ \[6:30pm] – \[7:30pm]: Yoga Flow with Studio Aura
&#x20;Unwind from the day, get out of your head, and move through a guided flow

🍽️ \[7:45pm] – \[Whenever]: OPTIONAL Dinner&#x20;
&#x20;Get a good meal in after class or just come for the hang!
