What is a Crystal meditation? Well, I'm glad you asked! Upon coming to our event, you will get to pick a Crystal that you feel most drawn to. You're also more than welcome to BYOC (bring your own Crystal), and we will cleanse them on arrival!

Why would you want to meditate with a bunch of rocks? For the healing energy, of course you're going to feel the CE- Crystal energy. After you're settled, Tara will guide you into meditation using Yoga Nidra, which will put you in a conscious state between sleeping and being awake. So without further ado, let's get stoned!
