Join us for a fun, energizing Yoga Sculpt session in the outdoors! This one-hour class blends yoga, strength training, and upbeat music to leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and empowered.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat
• A towel
• Water
• A pair or 2 of your favorite weights (3–8 lbs)

✨ Please arrive 15 minutes early to get set up and settle in before class starts.
