**Yoga Sculpt X Strength: 50-Min Hybrid Class**

This 50-minute hybrid class blends yoga sculpt and strength training to help you move with rhythm, build strength, and feel good in your body. Jazmin starts each class grounded with breath and flow, helping you transition from your day onto your mat. As the class builds, the energy naturally rises — her voice, cues, and music guide you through a fun, challenging, and empowering sculpt and strength flow. You’ll feel encouraged every step of the way, with form-focused guidance and lots of smiles.

The playlist is all Latin — old school and new school reggaeton, dembow, merengue, cumbia… you name it. The vibe is motivating, uplifting, and welcoming. You’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and energized, surrounded by others who are also showing up for themselves.

I understand that Jazmin will offer guidance and cues, but she is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during or after class.
