Breathwork

Fitness Event Liability Waiver & Release Agreement
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I wish to participate in the fitness events, workouts, classes, and activities (collectively, the "Activities") hosted by Jordan Van Druff Yoga and Wild Stillness Movement (the "Host") via the SweatPals platform. I understand that physical exercise and fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or death, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular stress, and dehydration. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my participation.
2. Health Status & Representation
I represent that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition, impairment, disease, or illness that would prevent my safe participation in the Activities. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program. If I experience any unusual pain or discomfort during the Activities, I agree to cease participation immediately. 
3. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Host, its instructors, organizers, volunteers, independent contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of negligence, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from my participation in the Activities. 
4. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Activities, I authorize the Host or its representatives to secure necessary first aid or emergency medical treatment. I agree that I am solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with such medical care. 
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant the Host permission to take photographs, videos, or audio recordings of me during the Activities. I agree that the Host may use these media materials for promotional purposes, social media content, and marketing on SweatPals or other platforms without compensation to me. 
6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By checking the box, purchasing a ticket, or RSVPing to this event via SweatPals, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I recognize that I am signing away substantial legal rights voluntarily and intend my digital acceptance to serve as a complete and unconditional release of liability
