Free/Donation-Based Yoga at Mueller Lake Park! Led by Espoir, Certified Yoga Teacher. If you have any interest in getting outdoors, meeting new people, and/or yoga, this is perfect for you. All levels of yoga are welcome. Each flow will be taught in an accessible way taking into account the different levels of expertise. Before and after yoga, people are encouraged to hang out, chat, and meet new people. We will be water coloring after class if you'd like to join!

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Yoga involves physical exertion, which may result in injury, soreness, or medical complications.
It is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating, especially if I have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
I will listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and inform the instructor of any health concerns before class begins.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and waive any claims against Espoir Heimlich Michalek, event organizers, property owners, and affiliated persons or entities for any injury, illness, or damages incurred before, during, or after the class. This waiver applies even if an injury results from negligence.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being.
I agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.
I will not hold the instructor liable for any pre-existing conditions aggravated by participation.
