Ease into your weekend with mindful movement and creative connection. This outdoor, all-levels yoga class is designed to help you ground, breathe, and move at a pace that feels good for you—no pressure, no performance. Just presence.

Flows are accessible and guided with care, taking into account all levels of experience. After class, you’re invited to stay and join us for a casual watercolor session in the park. No experience needed—just come as you are.

**Where:** Mueller Lake Park
**What to bring:** A yoga mat, water bottle, and anything cozy (towel, blanket, etc.). We’ll provide watercolor supplies.

**Why Gevity Club?**
We’re building something different—spaces where wellness meets creativity, and strangers become community. You don’t need to be “a yoga person” or “an artist.” Just someone who wants to show up and feel good in their body and mind.

I, [Participant’s Full Name], acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga class led by Espoir Heimlich Michalek. I understand that yoga includes physical movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, which may involve a risk of injury.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I recognize that:

Yoga involves physical exertion, which may result in injury, soreness, or medical complications.
It is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating, especially if I have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
I will listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and inform the instructor of any health concerns before class begins.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and waive any claims against Espoir Heimlich Michalek, event organizers, property owners, and affiliated persons or entities for any injury, illness, or damages incurred before, during, or after the class. This waiver applies even if an injury results from negligence.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being.
I agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.
I will not hold the instructor liable for any pre-existing conditions aggravated by participation.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE (Optional)
I grant permission for photos/videos taken during class to be used for promotional purposes.
