Wine About You is an intentional Sunday evening designed to help you unwind, move your body, enjoy great wine, and connect with incredible people in one of downtown Phoenix's most beautiful spaces.

We'll begin with a 45-minute all-levels yoga flow where you'll have the option to enjoy your wine as you move and fully immerse yourself in the experience. This evening is about savoring each moment, breath, and sip. After class, for those who'd like to keep the experience going, you're invited to stay and join us for dinner at Casa de Julia.

Whether you come with friends, a date, or decide to show up solo, you'll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and reminded that wellness doesn't always have to be serious.

Because sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is slow down, share a glass of wine, enjoy a great meal, and spend time with good people.
