This will be a standard PPR league powered by the ESPN Fantasy Football App, and it will run through the duration of the NFL regular season.

Our draft will be on Friday, September 4th at 9pm, and we'll have an optional live draft party.&#x20;

1. The player with the highest score each week gets 1 free ticket to any of the YoPro Sport Socials (i.e., Pickleball, Tennis, Volleyball, or Golf social) for that week.
2. Similarly, the player in last place for a given week who then goes on to win their match-up for that week gets 1 free ticket to any of the YoPro Sport Socials for that week.

YOPRO FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for or participating in the YoPro Fantasy Football League (“League”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Free Participation / No Purchase Necessary

Participation in the League is free. No purchase, payment, wager, or other contribution of money or value is required to enter, participate, remain eligible, or win a prize.

Any optional YoPro event associated with the League, including an in-person draft party or other social gathering, is separate from participation in the League. Purchasing admission to an optional event does not improve a participant’s chances of winning or provide any competitive advantage in the League.

2. League Format and Third-Party Platform

The League is a recreational, season-long fantasy football competition administered by Young Professionals Sport Socials Limited Company (“YoPro”) using the ESPN Fantasy Football platform.

I understand that ESPN is a third-party platform that YoPro does not own or control. League scores, statistics, player eligibility, platform availability, and other functionality may be affected by ESPN or its data providers. YoPro is not responsible for outages, scoring delays, statistical corrections, technical errors, account problems, or other circumstances outside YoPro’s reasonable control.

ESPN and the NFL are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for the YoPro Fantasy Football League.

3. Prizes

YoPro may provide promotional prizes or YoPro event credits to participants based on criteria announced for the League, including weekly or season-long performance.

Prizes are provided by YoPro and are not funded by participant entry fees. Unless otherwise stated, prizes have no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to expiration dates, availability, event capacity, and other reasonable restrictions announced by YoPro.

YoPro may correct an award if ESPN subsequently makes an official scoring or statistical correction that changes the applicable League result.

4. League Rules and Commissioner Decisions

I agree to follow the League settings, scoring rules, roster requirements, transaction rules, trade rules, deadlines, playoff structure, and other rules established for the League.

I understand that circumstances may arise that are not specifically addressed by the published rules, including technical problems, NFL game cancellations, postponed games, scoring corrections, collusion, abandoned teams, or other unusual circumstances.

YoPro may make reasonable, good-faith decisions necessary to administer the League fairly and consistently. YoPro may also remove a participant for cheating, collusion, harassment, manipulation of League results, abusive conduct, or other conduct that materially undermines the League or YoPro community.

5. Sports Outcomes and No Guaranteed Results

I understand that fantasy football results depend on numerous factors outside YoPro’s control, including real-world NFL player performance, injuries, coaching decisions, schedule changes, statistical corrections, and other events.

YoPro makes no representation or guarantee regarding any participant’s performance, ranking, ability to win, or receipt of a prize.

6. Optional In-Person Activities and Assumption of Risk

Participation in any in-person draft party, watch party, social gathering, or other activity associated with the League is voluntary.

I understand that attending an in-person event may involve ordinary risks including, but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, transportation-related risks, interaction with other participants or members of the public, food or beverage-related risks, property damage, and other risks associated with attending social gatherings and public or private venues.

I voluntarily assume the known and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with my participation in these optional activities.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY — INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, I RELEASE AND AGREE NOT TO HOLD LIABLE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS SPORT SOCIALS LIMITED COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, HOSTS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FOR CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM MY VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION IN AN IN-PERSON LEAGUE EVENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS RELEASE EXPRESSLY INCLUDES CLAIMS ALLEGING THAT A RELEASED PARTY WAS NEGLIGENT.

This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be released or waived under applicable law.

8. Participant Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully toward other participants, YoPro organizers, venue personnel, and members of the public.

Harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, cheating, collusion, intentionally disruptive behavior, or other conduct that YoPro reasonably determines is inconsistent with a safe and respectful community may result in removal from the League or associated events.

9. Personal Property

I am responsible for my own personal property while attending any in-person League event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoPro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except to the extent resulting from conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.

10. Eligibility

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

11. Acknowledgment

By completing registration, I acknowledge that:

I have read and understand this agreement;
participation in the fantasy football League itself is free and no purchase is necessary;
I voluntarily choose to participate;
I agree to comply with the League rules and reasonable commissioner decisions; and
I understand and voluntarily agree to the assumption-of-risk and liability-release provisions above.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
