**WHO WE ARE:**

Our name [Yudae](www.yudaewellness.com) means happiness through health. It comes from the first word ever used to describe the feeling of happiness one feels through the achievement of peak wellness – eudaemonia. We've made it our mission to help you experience eudaemonia in the modern world. Not once, but for life. Make every day a Yudae.

**WHO WE ARE NOT:**

• CrossFit
• Powerlifting
• Running group
• Yoga group

Although we include aspects of each of these in our program, our focus is in teaching you the basics of a life of eudaemonia. So join what you want, and skipping what you don't. We call this our "dip-in dip-out policy", and it's here to stay.

9am - Fun
10am - Games

Saturday Service is a public service event dedicated to teaching and inspiring a holistic way of living. Healthy in nature, the event spans an entire 3 hours, complete with coffee, fun, and games.
