About this event

Run the night. Stay for the weekend.

Join Bearly Runners at Jonathan Dickinson State Park for the official DTR 10 Mile Night Run, followed by a campfire, overnight group camping, and Sunday breakfast.

CAMPOUT RESERVATION — $80 PER PERSON

Bearly Runners covers the platform fees. DTR race entry is sold separately. Registered campers receive a private 20% race-entry discount.

YOUR RESERVATION INCLUDES

• Shared group campsite space

• Campfire and s’mores

• Sunday breakfast

• Hydration, electrolytes, and gels

• Weekend park access

CAPACITY AND CAMP SETUP

We have three campsites planned for six people each, including Bearly site leads. Only 15 paid camper reservations are available.

One reservation covers one camper—not a private campsite or private tent. Bearly Runners will coordinate campsite and shared tent assignments after registration using final attendance, available gear, sleeping preferences, and logistics. Friend requests will be considered but are not guaranteed, and assignments may change as plans change.

Private tents and personal sleeping gear are not provided. Every camper must bring a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow, headlamp, clothing, toiletries, and personal essentials.

POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations, schedule conflicts, changes of plans, no-shows, or weather when the campout proceeds.

Tickets may be transferred to another person through November 14, 2026. The replacement camper must complete the registration questionnaire and sign the required waiver. Tickets may not be resold above their original price.

A DTR race cancellation or change does not create a campout refund when the campout still proceeds. If Bearly Runners cancels the campout, or a park closure prevents it from taking place, refunds will be handled as required by SweatPals and applicable law.

Cancellation policy

No refunds.
