Yurbban. By providing your personal data and assisting to the event organized by Anne Julia
Hagen and Uma House by Yurbban, you agree to the following:
Collection of Personal Data: We will collect and use the following data: Full name, date of
birth, and email.
Use of Personal Data: We collect and use your personal data for these purposes:
• To address your public feedback about us.
• To send you important communication regarding the Uma House by Yurbban.
• To send you offers via email.
• To send you marketing emails and communications.
Disclosure to Third Parties: Smart Rooms may only share your data with third parties when
transferring rights and obligations pertaining to the contractual relationship between you and
Smart Rooms to such third parties, in particular in the case of the transfer of a sector of
activity, a merger through the foundation of a new company, a merger through absorption,
de-merger or any change in control affecting Smart Rooms. Prior to such an event, Smart
Rooms will inform you separately about the details of sharing your data and will obtain your
consent when legally necessary.
Withdrawal of Permission: Your permission for the sending of marketing emails can be given
and withdrawn by you at any time with future effect. Withdrawal of permission will not affect
the lawfulness of the collection and use carried out prior to the withdrawal of permission.
Assumption of Risk: by signing this document, I confirm that my choice to participate in the
activity is knowing, voluntary, and made for my personal enjoyment. To my knowledge, there
are no health-related reasons or problems that would preclude my participation in this activity,
and I assume individual responsibility for my actions, deeds and decisions that may involve risk
to my physical and mental integrity. I understand that the practice of the activity may involve
inherent risks and dangers, personal and bodily injury, and personal and economic losses. These
may result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions,
inactions, or negligence of others, or the condition of the facilities and equipment used. Further,
there may be other risks not known to me or reasonably foreseeable at this time. I understand
and I have considered the risks involved, and I voluntarily and freely choose to assume these
risks.
Release From Liability: by signing this document, I fully and forever release and discharge
trainers, the staff of Uma House by Yurbban, Anne Julia Hagen and their contractors from any
and all injury, losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), expenses, and any other
liability of any kind, of or to me, my property, or any other person, directly or indirectly, arising
out of or in connection with my participation in the activity, even if they are due to the ordinary
negligence, omission, or other fault on the part of the aforementioned persons.
Covenants: I will follow any and all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of the trainers
at all times during the activity. I will perform the activity in a safe manner, respecting my
personal physical limits. I will not participate in the activity under the influence of any alcohol
or illegal drugs, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other substance which
could impair my ability to safely engage in the activities.
Transfer of image rights: by means of this document, I authorize the use by Smart Rooms, Uma
House by Yurbban and Anne Julia Hagen of the image rights on photographs and videos, as
well as the right of reproduction, public communication, transformation, distribution and its
use in social media platforms and corporate websites, without further compensation or
permission.
By providing your personal data and assisting to the event mentioned above, you
acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms outlined in this document.
