All donations will go towards an AAPI non-profit Rise & Reggae is a free mat Pilates event designed to bring the Chicago community together as we welcome the start of summer. As the sun rises over the city, we’ll move our bodies through an intentional Pilates flow while vibing to a bomb playlist filled with reggae and dancehall classics. This experience is all about celebrating community, wellness, and togetherness, creating space for both men and women to connect, reset, and pour back into themselves in a meaningful way.
