Saturday morning long run starting at 412 Crestwood and running on the River Oaks route on Strava. Water station will be under the bridge on Shepard and Allen Pkwy intersection, and we should be crossing by the water cooler twice.


7AM - Intermediate and Advanced Long Run
         - Beginner and Casual Long Run

8 AM - Hang out and rehydrate before driving!

Intermediate and Advanced will be a 10+ Mile Run. (7:15/mile - 9:00/mile)

Beginners and Casual will be a 4-5 Mile Run. (9:00/mile - 11:00/mile)
