Track is back! Bring your water bottle, yoga mat, and roller. This is a team workout to work on building speed, strength, and endurance. We will have track rotating at a north and south location on Monday evenings. The south location will be at Lamar Middle School at 6:30 pm and will be hosted by Ivan Sager and Marlon Menezes on the 2nd and 4th Monday's of the month. The north location will be at the SW Williamson County Regional Park Track at 6 pm and led by Stephanie Peterson, wonderful coach of R3 Endurance, on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
