Hi and welcome to the the group! This free experience is a collaborative effort between Emily and Cristina and other guest facilitators that we will bring into the mix! 

What’s this group all about? Starting the day off STRONG- getting connected to your subconscious mind, your body and meeting new epic people along the way.

 • When does this group happen? 7am- 8am on Wednesdays 

 • Where does it happen? Right under the monkey tree by Barton Springs 

 • What do I need to bring? A mat, a water bottle and a blanket

 • What can you expect? Each session will include breathwork, primal movement, a subconscious mind exercise, greeting the morning sun, and group connection. 

Is this open to men and women? Yes!
