The IRB Run Crew Wednesday meet up!
Below is an outline of the runs and what to expect.
 
Meet Up: 7:00 pm @ Redzone Gym
Warm Up: 7:05 pm
Hit The Road: 7:15 pm

Distance:  Ever 1 mile, 2 mile, 3.1 miles.
Miles may vary.

What to bring:
Water


Like any crew, if you see someone you never met, say hello and ask them how they are doing. We ALL have amazing stories! So take the time to meet a new crew member each time. Remember, this is YOUR community too. So let's grow and nurture a great running community together!!
