Join us for our weekly Wednesday Run. Our routes change each week but always range 2/4/6 or 3/5/7 miles. It’s a start together, choose your own adventure and always finish feeling better kind of run. 

We will often introduce a technique, or way to improve your running, that can be considered to introduce during your session. 

This run will start and end at South O Brewing/Vigilante Coffee. Each Wednesday there is usually a food truck and/or event to enjoy after (ex: Trivia, Bingo, etc).
