YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF: Bring your mat & yoga buddy and join us at 7:30pm Wednesdays the Woodlawn Lake Park Gym right next to the swimming pool. This is our new permanent home and we are thrilled!
This is a “slow your roll” type of class. Our goal is to teach you some stress-relief and tension release techniques that you can use as tools throughout your busy days. Truly give yourself the gift of a little stress relief and rest.
This donation-optional class is a perfect mid-week check-in to see how your body, mind and spirit are doing. It will allow you to ground, regroup and realign to better decide how you will move forward with the rest of your week.
Suggested donation is $10. Pay what you can, if you can. Just come and practice with us! No one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
