Join Alo Moves and Alo Wellness Club trainer Lexi Bader for an intense and rejuvenating sculpt workout. You'll feel the fire with a mix of props, bodyweight exercises, and high reps in a short amount of time.

Mats and equipment will be provided. Please meet at the hotel entrance to be guided to class. 



Lexi Bader is a certified sculpt instructor who trains models, celebrities, and VIPs at the Alo Wellness Club in LA. After falling in love with sculpt workouts and noticing a difference in her mental and physical well-being, she pursued her sculpt training and created Formbylex to inspire others to become the best version of themselves.
