Build strength and muscle definition in this strength class with Alo Moves and Alo Wellness Club trainer Olivia Poling. She'll walk you through each move and provide modifications for all levels, while also pushing you with an effective workout. 

Mats will be provided. Please meet at the hotel entrance to be guided to class.

Olivia Poling is an LA-based certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach. As one of the trainers at Alo Wellness Club, Olivia received her personal training, nutrition, and strength & conditioning certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association. Her goal is to encourage people to be the best version of themselves and inspire confidence through movement.
