Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that participation in this coworking event involves use of shared spaces, physical movement within the building, and interaction with other attendees (collectively, the “Activities”). I acknowledge and understand that these Activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, trips, or falls while entering, exiting, or moving through the venue

Risks associated with the use of shared workspaces, furniture, and equipment

Risks of theft, loss, or damage to personal property, including laptops, phones, and other valuables

Risks of illness or injury related to prolonged sitting, screen use, or group interaction

I voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities with full knowledge of these risks.

Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental condition to participate in the Activities. I acknowledge that Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, its owners, organizers, facilitators, volunteers, and partners are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby:

Assume full responsibility for all risks, whether known or unknown, arising from my participation in the Activities.

Release and discharge Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, Vassil Karamanov, Bryan Turkel, The Bridge at Henley Apartments, their owners, officers, managers, members, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and sponsors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or connected with my participation in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my participation in the Activities.

Acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the safety and security of my own personal property.

Photography, Videography & Media Release

I understand that photographs, video, and/or audio recordings may be taken during the Event. I grant to Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, and their representatives, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to capture, use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish my name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, education, and commercial purposes, without further consent or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.

Binding Agreement

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have read and understood this waiver. I agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
