Explore the beauty of nature with a relaxing hike through the New York Botanical Garden, followed by a leisurely picnic.

Join us on Saturday, May 24, as we explore the lush grounds of the New York Botanical Garden. This easy 1.6-mile loop offers scenic views, vibrant plant life, and peaceful paths that weave through the garden. The hike will be followed by a relaxing picnic at the Clay Family Picnic Pavilions. This hike is free to attend, but a Grounds Access Pass ($15) is required for NYC residents and can be purchased on-site. Registration is required to reserve your spot.

The trail is located on the traditional lands of the Lenape peoples.

**Important Notes:**

* There are multiple entrances to the NYBG, but we will meet at the ticket counter near the LuEsther T Mertz Library.
* NYC residents can purchase a Grounds Access Pass for $15 on-site (proof of residency required).
* The hike itself is approximately 35 minutes, but we’ll have the opportunity to explore more of the garden along the way.
* Be sure to bring a late lunch or snacks for the picnic afterward.
