Join Alexa Shackelford and Alex Ballew for a raw, powerful and primal journey. A space to shake loose the stuckness, shed the old stories, and return to the truth humming in your bones. This isn’t about understanding your healing. It’s about feeling it and letting it move. 

Through a blend of primal breath and immersive sound, you’ll be guided into a place of deep surrender. You might find yourself laughing, crying, shaking, or in deep stillness. You might remember a part of yourself you didn’t know you’d lost. You might walk out a little lighter, a little clearer and a little more you.

We’ll close with journaling and group integration, so what arises has a place to land. Come as you are. 

**Notes:** Props are important for this experience. In addition to your yoga mat, extra cushions, bolsters, pillows, cushions and eye masks are highly encouraged. You want to feel like you're laying on a cloud. Please bring your journal and pen as well as a water bottle.
